Kristin Andrs, Nurse Practitioner and Owner
Kristin Andrs has been practicing nursing for over 20 years and has been a Nurse Practitioner since graduating Virginia Commonwealth University’s Master’s program in 2000. She is a Board Certified Acute Care Nurse Practitioner with a background in surgery, emergency medicine, cardiovascular, pulmonary, gastrointestinal and endocrine diseases. After graduating from the University of Arizona’s Integrative Medicine Fellowship Program in 2012, she completed a Wellness coaching program through Wellcoaches and a three-year medical herbalism program through Sacred Plant Traditions in Charlottesville, VA. Sacred Plant Traditions is one of the only known herbalism schools in the U.S. that offers clinical training with patients on-site. In 2016, she completed David Winston’s 2-year herbalism program through his Center for Herbal Studies. She earned her certificate in Environmental Medicine in December of 2017.
Meet Our Staff
Holly has experience in banking, medical billing and secretarial work. She is a leader in women’s and children’s ministry, in addition to creating her own ministry caring for people in her church and surrounding community.
Kristy is a graduate of Richard Bland College and Southside Regional School of Nursing. She has experience in the emergency department, burn ICU, neonatal ICU, pediatric ICU, peri-operative nursing and juvenile corrections. Her interests include spending time with her family, her dogs and UNC football and basketball.
Ashley worked for 2 years at VCU Health as a care partner in the Emergency Department while obtaining her BSN from Bon Secours Memorial College of Nursing. Prior to this, she worked in a Family Practice office. Currently, she works part-time as a trauma nurse in the VCU Health Emergency Department and part-time at Andrs Wellness Consulting.
Monica graduated from Longwood University with a degree in Graphic Design with a concentration in brand identity. When she’s not working as our occasional freelancer, she enjoys woodworking and photography.
Laura Beth "LB" Lee
LB graduated from Colonial Heights high school and worked for 5 years in service at Starbucks. She is a newly wed who loves to play spades, eat ice cream, read non-fiction and watch movies. She has a mild Pinterest addiction and loves crafts.
Kathy has been a Registered Nurse for almost 50 years with the majority of that experience in pediatrics. She was raised in New Jersey but has lived most of her adult life in Chesterfield County. She enjoys spending time with her family, especially her grandson and grand-dogs.
Volunteer Purchasing and Reception
Regina received a Bachelor’s degree in Secretarial Science from the University of North Alabama and has over 25 years of Civil Service, working for the Tennessee Valley Authority, followed by the US Postal Service.
Medical Assistant / Phlebotomist
Ivy is trained as a phlebotomist through J. Sergeant Reynolds Community College and completed her clinical rotation through Henrico Doctors Hospital. She is a native of Chester, VA with prior experience in retail and service, as well as teaching swimming and lifeguarding at the YMCA.
Judy began her nursing career in VA specializing in Medical Surgical. After moving to SC in 2011, she worked in a Skilled Nursing Facility as a Registered Nurse Case Manager, with a focus on Hospice Care. She is passionate about the healing benefits of Cannabis and Holistic Medicine, and is certified in the Core Curriculum for Cannabis Nursing from the American Cannabis Nurses Association.
Bookkeeper and Website Administrator
Ashley graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Virginia Commonwealth University. She has worked in the financial services industry for 20 years as an administrative assistant, with an emphasis on project management.
